Tennis Court – Mobile Game Art Test
This project was created as a 2-day environment art test for a mobile game, built completely from scratch within the deadline. The main focus was optimization and performance, while still delivering a clean, appealing environment in a very limited timeframe.
Working under such a tight schedule pushed me to make fast, efficient decisions, prioritize what matters most visually, and maintain a strong workflow under pressure. It was a great learning experience in terms of time management, environment planning, and production-ready optimization.
To meet the technical constraints, the entire environment was created using only 2 textures:
Texture 01: Used for all base colors / primary surface information across the scene
Texture 02: Used for extra detail like decals and visual breakup, applied through a second UV channel
This approach helped keep the material count minimal while still allowing enough variation and detail for a complete scene.
